Functional training, Barre and Pilates in a single class! Designed for everyone looking to get stronger and enjoy life for longevity. Class focuses on full body sculpting particularly on core, glutes, hips, thighs and hip flexors through resistance training.
Open to all levels, modifications will be provided to ensure everyone gets a great and safe workout.
