Whether you are a beginner looking to build a safe foundation or an experienced practitioner aiming to refine your practice, this class offers a welcoming environment for all ages. We combine precise mat work to strengthen your core and improve flexibility with isometric barre movements that lift, sculpt, and tone the entire body.

Functional Barre-lates!

Functional training, Barre and Pilates in a single class! Designed for everyone looking to get stronger and enjoy life for longevity. Class focuses on full body sculpting particularly on core, glutes, hips, thighs and hip flexors through resistance training.
Open to all levels, modifications will be provided to ensure everyone gets a great and safe workout.
